We only offer cash for items purchased within the last year. We will be happy to offer cash for items brought in store only. For the safety of our staff, we only do consignment with our pick up service.
The items must be in excellent condition or new with tags. We always encourage those interested in selling or consigning to drop by our store to see what type of items we accept before gathering your items to bring in.
It is the consignor’s responsibility to contact us regarding account balances or sold items. You can check your balance online using your consignor login in and ID. You may also call or stop by any time and we will be happy to check your account.
Items that didn’t sell during their consignment period can be picked up or will become property of Fringe. It is the consignor’s responsibility to request their unsold items be pulled. Please allow 48 hours notice to have your unsold items ready for pick up. (Most consignors are so happy to have their closets neat and tidy they don’t want to think about adding these items back in and leave them at Fringe.) If you choose to go with our pick up service we will give you the option to pick up items that won’t be considered for consignment or we can just donate them for you to save you the hassle of having to come and get them.
At Fringe, we are aware of what is currently popular with our customers. We know the marketplace – what is in high demand, and what is not. With our expertise, we are able to price your garments fairly and still offer good value to our customers. For higher end items like formal gowns and designer handbags and accessories, a price will be discussed when the item is dropped off for consignment.
No, but if you are a new consignor we require you to have at least 10 acceptable items before starting an account. Once an account has been established you may drop off as many items as you would like. For designer items you can bring in as many or few as you would like. For our pick up service, we ask that you give our pick up team a reason to flex their muscles and have at least 10 items ready for them at time of your items scheduled pick up.
